Customer Service: Topic #1
If you work with cutomers and you know that you have anger problems or that you have a bad attitude then i suppose that you get a new job and quit now. I hate it when the people over the phone or behind the desk show so much disrespect to the person who is paying their money to use your service or better yet feed you and your hungry children at home. Unless you are paying for what we are buying then don't take your attitude out on us. It is called CUSTOMER SERVICE. What you thought you wasn't going to be working with people? Becasue I feel that if a customer may have an attitude then you as a worker must do your job and deal with it. Remember that at the end of the day you have a job to do and must get paid. If a job was ever easy then you wouldn't be doing anything. Even god has a hard job to do.
